We’re delighted to announce that Neem Cassidy has joined GIST Impact as Chief Financial Officer.
Neem brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience across fast-growing and listed businesses, having supported organisations through key phases of their evolution – from early scale-up through to post-IPO maturity.
She has worked with a range of successful small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), where she has led business transformation programmes, built global finance teams, and overseen capital strategy. Her experience spans both equity and debt fundraising, including growth stage equity rounds, and the successful listing of a $100m bond on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Her appointment further strengthens GIST Impact’s executive team, as we continue to evolve our leadership structure and respond to growing demand for high-integrity sustainability and impact data.
Based in London, Neem will lead our financial strategy and operations, helping to advance our financial infrastructure and ensure we’re well-positioned to support clients across sectors with decision-useful, science-aligned impact data and insights.
She will also support capital strategy and investor engagement as GIST Impact continues to scale in partnership with clients and mission-aligned investors.
